Refund policy

Every order we send out is baked fresh just for you, which means our cookies are perishable and can't be returned. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, perishable goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right, so we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind — including flavour preference or ordering in error. We hope that makes sense.

Damaged Orders

We pack every box with care, but if your order arrives significantly damaged, we'd love to make it right. If your order arrives significantly damaged (beyond a few crumbles), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll assess on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement box. 

Missing Orders

If your box hasn’t arrived, please let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll look into it and send a replacement box as soon as possible. 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up until Sunday at midnight, our weekly cutoff. After that, your batch is already underway and we can’t issue a refund.

Quality Issues

We take quality seriously and every batch is baked fresh to order. If you feel there’s a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@milkitbakehouse.com. We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and where appropriate may offer a replacement.
