Shipping policy
Baked fresh. Frozen fresh. Delivered fast.
Whether you're ordering our freshly baked cookies or our frozen cookie dough to bake at home, everything is made by us in small batches and shipped out on our weekly dispatch days.
Here's how it works:
- Sunday at midnight – Orders close for the week
- Monday – We make the dough and chill it overnight to deepen the flavour and texture
- Tuesday – Our baked cookies are popped in the oven, cooled, heat sealer, boxed and dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Wednesday – Our frozen cookie dough is packed frozen and dispatched via DPD Next Day
Ordering fresh & frozen?
If you order baked cookies and frozen cookie dough together, they'll be sent as two separate parcels. This is because our frozen dough needs specialist temperature-controlled packaging and a different delivery service to make sure it reaches you safely. You'll receive separate tracking information for each parcel, so don't panic when they don't arrive at the same time!
Baked cookie delivery
Our freshly baked cookies are dispatched on Tuesdays via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with most UK mainland orders arriving on Wednesday. Remote areas or busy periods for Royal Mail may take a little longer. As soon as your cookies leave us, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your box every step of the way. The cookies are heat sealed which makes them good for at least 10 days after baking, so plenty of time to enjoy them fresh,
Frozen cookie dough delivery
Our frozen cookie dough is dispatched on Wednesdays via DPD Next Day, in specialist insulated packaging designed to keep it safely frozen on its journey to you.
Because this is a frozen product, there is one delivery attempt only. To make sure it reaches you in perfect condition, please double-check that your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout, and make sure either:
- someone is available to receive your parcel; or
- you've nominated a suitable safe place for DPD to leave it.
Every attempt will be made to leave your parcel safely if you're not home, so we strongly recommend setting your delivery preferences with DPD as soon as you receive your tracking information.
If your parcel can't be delivered on the first attempt and can't be left safely, it cannot be redelivered due to food safety requirements and will need to be disposed of by DPD. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer a refund or replacement in these circumstances. Please keep an eye on your DPD tracking on delivery day so you know when your dough is on its way.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Baked cookie orders are tracked with Royal Mail, frozen cookie dough orders with DPD. If you've ordered both, you'll get separate tracking for each parcel.
