Baked fresh. Delivered fast.

We bake once a week to make sure your cookies arrive fresh and full of flavour—never sitting around on a shelf.

Here’s how it works:

• Sunday at midnight – Orders close for the week
• Monday – We make the dough and chill it overnight to deepen flavour and texture
• Tuesday – Cookies are baked, boxed, and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Wednesday – You receive your cookies, delivered to your door* 

*Most UK mainland postcodes receive next-day delivery, but remote areas may take a little longer. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your box every step of the way.

• Free UK shipping on all orders. 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking link. You can check delivery status any time using that link.
