We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and imagery, but colours, textures, and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings and the handmade nature of our cookies. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit or discontinue items at any time. Milk it cookies are made fresh and intended for personal use only. Due to the perishable nature of our products, they may not be resold.
Section 3: Allergens & Dietary Information
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including, but not limited to, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and sesame. While we take care in our preparation processes, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. It is your responsibility to review ingredient and allergen information before placing an order. Milk it Bakehouse Ltd. cannot accept liability for adverse reactions caused by failure to check this information.
Section 4: Order
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only once payment is processed and we send an order confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. For details on refunds or replacements, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Section 5: Prices & Payments
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method for the full amount. If your payment is declined, your order may be cancelled.
Section 6: Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped once a week in scheduled batches. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. Risk passes to you once the order is handed to the courier, except where loss or damage is caused by our failure to package goods appropriately. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

All content on this site—including images, branding, copy, and recipes—is the property of Milk it Bakehouse Ltd. and may not be copied, used or distributed without permission.
